Zach Wilder
A native of Oxford, Mississippi, Zach brings an extensive background in real estate and accounting. He earned his Master of Accountancy from the University of West Florida and his Bachelor of Accountancy with a Minor in Real Estate from the University of Mississippi. Zach was a member on the Ole Miss tennis team and the 2013 SEC Western Division Championship team. He was selected to the SEC Academic Honor Roll and the UMAA Academic Honor Roll and was a member of the Alumni Council for the University of West Florida Department of Accounting and Finance.
Prior to Kuhn Realty, Zach worked in New Orleans as a commercial real estate agent, representing buyer’s and seller’s as well as tenant and landlord clients. During that time, he collaborated on multiple valuation and appraisal projects, and consulted on a major multi-year port acquisition project to facilitate closings with property owners. He also worked in New York City as an auditor for KPMG specializing in serving commercial real estate and asset management clients. During his experience, he gained valuable knowledge of the real estate industry.
In his free time, Zach can be found playing tennis or going to the beach with his wife and son – he grew up visiting Pensacola as his mom is a Pensacola native. He is excited to bring his prior experience and knowledge of the area to Kuhn Realty and best serve his clients!
