Katie is a Gulf Breeze native with deep roots along the Gulf Coast and an intimate understanding of the local real estate market. A graduate of Gulf Breeze High School and Florida State University, she spent fifteen years in New York City pursuing a successful career as a professional dancer before returning home to raise her family in the community she knows and loves.
Her return to the area coincided with a strategic focus on real estate investment. During the pandemic, Katie began acquiring and managing residential properties throughout Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach. As an active investor and hands-on property manager, she brings firsthand knowledge of the local rental landscape, short-term and long-term income potential, market trends, and wealth-building strategies through real estate.
