Kaitlyn Allerellie
Born and raised in Pensacola, Florida, Kaitlyn has always loved the place she calls home. After graduating from Pensacola Catholic High School, she moved to Florida Atlantic University, where she earned a degree in Communication with a minor in Public Relations. Although she loved her time away, her connection to Pensacola never faded. Her love for the area and the community that raised her ultimately brought her back home, where she knew she wanted to build her career and future.
Kaitlyn’s passion for real estate began at a young age. Growing up watching HGTV, she loved exploring different homes, discovering new design trends, and imagining the possibilities of each space. Over the years, that passion grew, and pursuing a career in real estate became a lifelong dream.
With a degree in Communications and a minor in Public Relations, Kaitlyn has developed strong skills in building relationships, understanding people’s needs, and creating meaningful connections. She believes that real estate is about more than buying or selling a property; it is about helping people find a place where they can build their lives, create memories, and feel at home.
Driven by her passion for real estate and her desire to succeed, Kaitlyn is eager to learn, grow, and provide the best possible experience for every client she serves. After returning home to Pensacola, Kaitlyn is excited to share her love for the area with others and help clients discover everything this community has to offer.
