Hannah Brown
Born and raised in Pace, Florida, Hannah graduated from Pace High School in 2010 before enrolling at The University of Southern Mississippi and graduating with a bachelor’s in business admin in 2014. SMTTT!
She made her way back to the Pensacola area and found herself in a real estate admin role in one of the area’s top local brokerages. This experience helped land her a job at prominent luxury brokerage, Smith & Associates in Tampa, Florida when she and her husband Zach moved there in 2017. At Smith, Hannah really cut her teeth in the real estate admin role, working in various positions over her seven years there. Beginning at the reception desk, she grew to fill a compliance role where she played middle man between the local MLS board, agents, and colleagues in the business. Over time, she assisted in accounting, title, and transaction coordinating.
Now back home in Pensacola, Hannah has earned her real estate license in the state and is putting what she’s learned on the admin side to work in helping her clients always have a smooth transaction.
Now at Kuhn Realty, Hannah feels at home knowing that an experienced broker and friend is behind her, not to mention a team of successful agents that make up her new brokerage family.
When not working, you can find Hannah at Pensacola Beach sipping a bushwacker, gardening, thrifting, or at home getting in a game of dominoes with her fam.
