Katie Gross

Katie moved to Pensacola 2014. She and her husband bought and renovated an old East Hill craftsman home.  As the market and desirability to live in East Hill heated up, they realized they created tremendous equity in their home and decided to sell.  This is where her passion for real estate started.  The home went under contract in less than 24hrs.  Since then, she has helped many buyers find the perfect home and sellers get top dollar for their home.  Katie has also developed, designed, invested in, and sold dozens of new builds throughout East Hill and Gulf Breeze.  She is passionate about her craft and her top focus is always client satisfaction.

In her free time, you can find Katie working out at a local fitness studio, playing tennis, exploring downtown’s many offerings, volunteering at her children’s schools, enjoying the beaches of 30A or scouring design blogs for the latest and greatest trends.
