Beth is a Pensacola native with a heart for community, connection, and creating spaces where people feel at home. Her love for real estate and design began when she and her husband, Brett, sold their first family home and embraced the adventure of restoring a historic fixer-upper—an experience that deepened her appreciation for the stories homes hold and the memories made within them. That same passion led her to co-found Odd Colony Brewing Co. in downtown Pensacola in 2019, followed by its sister location, The Burrow, in East Hill in 2024, alongside her husband Brett, and partners, Blake and Chelsey Foster.
For Beth, real estate isn’t just about finding a house—it’s about finding a place where life happens and where people can truly settle in and feel at home. She understands that buying or selling a home is deeply personal, often tied to big life transitions, dreams, and new beginnings. She approaches every interaction with warmth, guidance, and a steady, reassuring presence, making sure they feel supported, heard, and cared for every step of the way. She takes the stress out of the process, helping her clients move forward with ease and confidence, knowing they’re in the best hands.
Beyond real estate, Beth’s love for her community shines in everything she does. She curates local markets & events that uplift and support small businesses, creating spaces where people can connect, discover, and celebrate the creativity of Pensacola’s makers and creatives. Whether she’s fostering relationships through these gatherings, thoughtfully designing welcoming spaces, or simply offering a helping hand, Beth pours her heart into making Pensacola feel like home—not just for her clients, but for everyone she meets.
When Beth is off the clock, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 beautiful children. They love to travel, support small businesses, listen to music and spend as much time as possible outside.
